What is PRP?
PRP, alt Platelet Rich Plasma-Platelet (platelet, clot cell) enriched plasma (is the abbreviated name of the treatment method called. PRP, a new skin rejuvenation method, has been widely used in recent years. In the PRP method, 8-20 cc of blood is taken from the patient and centrifuged in special tubes. The serum obtained in the treatment of PRP is injected into the skin in small amounts with small needles such as mesotherapy. When any damage occurs in our tissues, our blood collects clot cells into this tissue and initiates a repair process.
The purpose of PRP is to send a greater number of platelets to the tissue than can be transported by blood circulation.
